I come from a background in mortgages and started my career in Real Estate in the fall of 2010. During my career, I have built two successful real estate teams, and have consistently held a place in the Medallion Club year after year. My goal is aligned with my client's needs, as each individual is unique, I’m able to create an experience that is stress-free and seamless. I enjoy marketing and photography, which both go hand in hand with real estate, but also attention to detail. Part of my business is derived from presale and resale properties, including single-family and strata. Regardless of the market effects, I believe every property deserves the same level of care and detail, and I strive to ensure this is achieved through proven systems.

As a horse owner and rider, I understand the details and knowledge required to properly market equestrian properties, and my vast network of contacts in the horse community is an advantage for added exposure. I am proud to watch my son compete in the jumper ring at Thunderbird Showpark, and appreciate the beauty the Fraser Valley has to offer.

I work closely with the Starfish Pack Foundation of Surrey, which feeds local school children and their families, once a week during the school year. This important foundation is 100% non-profit, and I spend much of my time volunteering and fundraising throughout the year.

My career in the travel industry has allowed me to explore the world meeting new people from so many different countries. My extensive travel has allowed me to better understand and relate with people from other cultural backgrounds.
Having lived in Fraser Valley for many years and now raising my family here I have a deep connection with the communities around me. Our family has owned a local business for over 30 years here and my children are avid softball players. I’ve enjoyed being a team manager as well as a team mom cheering from the bleachers which has allowed me to meet and connect with so many families throughout the years.
I’ve always been drawn to all things of structure and organization, which naturally led me to become part of a strata council since 2016. The experience has allowed me to gain a different perspective of how strata and community living is executed. My years spent gaining knowledge in this field, now places me in a unique position to educate my clients on what can be a complex topic for some.

Introducing Harvy Garcha. Harvy has been passionate about real estate and entrepreneurship since his earliest years growing up in North Delta, BC. Growing up in the Sikh community Harvy learned early in his childhood the importance of helping others and giving back to the community which goes hand in hand with real estate. Regular volunteering allowed Harvy to develop a deep connection with the community and allowed him to gain intimate knowledge of the Fraser Valley. Outside of real estate Harvy enjoys playing ball hockey where he served as a captain for many years leading his team to multiple championships. My 28-year career in this field allowed me to live and work in New Zealand, Alberta, Ontario, Northern BC, and the Lower Mainland.
I've lived in the Fraser Valley for more than 10 years and am proud to be raising my two girls in the beautiful community of Langley. I’ve been a proud Girl Guide leader and active parent in their schools, while regularly connecting with families at swim meets, equestrian events, gymnastic competitions, and cheerleading rallies. In my spare time you will see me walking my dog in Campbell Valley and other beautiful parks the Fraser Valley has to offer.
I'm an active member of my strata council and take this role seriously, as creating structure and security for communities is very important to me. This position has allowed me to gain a unique perspective on the inner workings of strata. It's a complex and very important system that I am now an expert to educate my clients on.
