Introducing Harvy Garcha. Harvy has been passionate about real estate and entrepreneurship since his earliest years growing up in North Delta, BC. Growing up in the Sikh community Harvy learned early in his childhood the importance of helping others and giving back to the community which goes hand in hand with real estate. Regular volunteering allowed Harvy to develop a deep connection with the community and allowed him to gain intimate knowledge of the Fraser Valley. Outside of real estate Harvy enjoys playing ball hockey where he served as a captain for many years leading his team to multiple championships. As a leader Harvy believes helping those around him to be the best versions of themselves while leading by example plays a pivotal role in winning at life.

As a former provincial sales manager Harvy had the pleasure of working with a diverse group of companies across Canada. This allowed him to hone his negotiation skills and develop a better understanding of various markets and demographics. His attention to detail and ability to problem solve in a fast-paced business environment, can be credited to his years working as a Red Seal Certified technician where he has reached Platinum recognized status.
